Returned items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. To return an item, please indicate the reason for return on the invoice, include the packing slip with the item you are returning, wrap the package securely and ship to:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us. We recommend that you use of method of shipment that provides you with a tracking or delivery confirmation number.

We credit or refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
