GOAD are a legend of Progressive Rock and despite the years go by, they are stronger than ever and the new 'La Belle Dame' will confirm their sophisticated, deep and magic sound in a new dimension going to thrill lovers of the dark, atmospheric music of Van Der Graaf Generator, King Crimson, Genesis, PFM, Procol Harum that GOAD have always played.
'La Belle Dame' is an amazing opera dedicated to the ballad written by the English poet John Keats and it will lead you through the dark labyrinths of emotional elements thanks also to a majestic and poetic lyrical approach.
The music becomes magic, with a great role of the piano, using clean guitars bordering on 'amplifier-jack-instrument' rawness, old-fashioned 70's drums played like an orchestral score, and the voice that could appear like the performance of a singer in a smoky and infamous small club. Everything was played and recorded live in countless rehearsals and rehearsals until obtaining a result that sounded REAL and not artificial.
