Targets the abs, buttocks and thighs with aerobic dance, stretches, leg lifts and crunches.
Works the lower body in two ways: 35 minutes of low-impact aerobic dance with some step, then 25 minutes of targeted conditioning for the abs, buttocks, and thighs. The whole workout is well choreographed, well instructed, and accessible to beginners. Part 2 starts with traditional lower-body floor work, mainly many variations of leg lifts and abdominal crunches, followed by a stretch.
