Description
Progressive metal and modern sounds with great melodies, keyboard and tons of heavy guitar riffs.
Formed by seasoned musicians with a past in bands like M.A.D. and Hollow, after the release of debut album 'Restitution' in 2014, Swedish Progressive Metallers Binary Creed are now back with a new concept album produced by the band itself. 'A Battle Won' mixes progressive metal and modern sounds, with great melodies, keyboard hooks and moods and tons of heavy guitar riffs Binary Creed started out in the fall of 2013 as a metal project with founding members Stefan RÃÂ¥dlund (guitar) and Andreas Stoltz (vocals, guitar). The ambition was to write and record a metal album and get it released. The result was the debut record Restitution. The follow-up album A Battle Won, is the result of the RÃÂ¥dlund-Stoltz teamwork. Just like Restitution it's a concept album. This time the focus is on war and terror instead of the speculations of religion, which was the theme on Restitution. Binary Creed firmly believes that music is an effective way of telling stories and that it can change perspectives and opinions. That's one of the reasons behind writing concept albums. BINARY CREED: Andreas Stoltz (vocals, guitar), ex Hollow | Stefan RÃÂ¥dlund (guitar), ex M.A.D | Robert Alenius
