The album artwork, designed by the band's guitarist Elton Falzon, embodies the soul of Grand Cosmic Funeral. Speaking about the vision behind the cover, the band explains:
'As a band, our goal was to convey the essence of the songs, both lyrically and musically, in the album. We aimed for the artwork to serve as a visual gateway, allowing listeners to instantly connect with the mood of the music. We wanted it to reflect the dark, cold, melancholic, and spiritual themes that run through the album, so that when people see the cover, they can almost feel the atmosphere and emotions the songs evoke.'
