Description
A soldier comes home to find that his wife has taken in a lodger during his absence
Willie Higginbotham (Dominic Roche) a hapless soldier, returns home from the war expecting a warm welcome from his wife Maggie (Olive Sloane), instead he finds that while he was away she has taken in 'Roger The Lodger' (Leslie Dwyer), a man who has his arms around his wife, his feet under the table and the attention of his dingy daughter (Diana Dors) in this hilarious comedy.
