Tuff City's Funky Delicacies label has profiled full albums by world class practitioners of this genre--Black Merda and Fugi--and we can be forgiven if Bobby Franklin's Insanity covers some of the more R\u0026amp;B and danceable music he made after his tenure as a psych funker ended.
