This 54-track 2-CD set comprises selected A & B sides from releases with Roy Milton's Solid Senders and under her own name on the Pan-American, Miltone and Specialty labels from this era, plus unreleased Specialty recordings. It features the Top 5 US R&B hits with Roy Milton, 'Milton's Boogie', 'R.M. Blues', 'Thrill Me' and 'True Blues', plus her own R&B hits 'X-Temperaneous Boogie', 'You Don't Love Me', 'Fiesta In Old Mexico' and 'Money Blues'. It showcases her combined talents as a fine R&B singer, able to handle rocking groovers alongside atmospheric ballads, and skilful boogie-woogie pianist. The somewhat limited scope of the career she chose for herself perhaps prevented her from being more well-known, but she was a talented and stylish performer who merits more recognition than she has received.

Track Listing
Disc 1:

Let's Try Again

Widow Jenkins Blues

These Foolish Things

Milton's Boogie

Mr. Fine

R.M.
