'Ketu' in Indian mythology stands for 'the seven'. The nine tracks on the 'Ketu' album therefor are all performed in rhythmic forms building up on the 'seven'. Together with the Bali based Gamelan ensemble Suar Agung , tabla master Zakir Hussain and the leader of the world famous japanese Kodo drumming ensembel, Leordo Eto, Flatischler creates magic in a haunting way. The different cultures combined on this album find a common language: World Language Rhythm!
