The come back of Tolkien inspired progressive rock orchestra AINUR

It's been 17 years since AINUR - the progressive rock orchestra - thought to transform Tolkien's masterpiece 'The Silmarillion' into music. The compositional process of 'War of The Jewels' has been very long. It started in 2009 (or maybe before) and it ended more or less last year.
The record is a huge step forward in the band's career, both in terms of music and production. 'War of The Jewels' was recorded and mixed by Massimiliano Flak (Sound Storm, Highlord) at Evolution Studios, and mastered by Brett Caldas-Lima (Ayreon, Devin Townsend Project, Pain of Salvation, etc) at Tower Studio. The incredible artwork was created by Felipe Franco Machado (Blind Guardian, Axel Rudi Pell, Rage, etc) to perfectly match the story the album is all about. Also, many special guests are included in the the record such as Roberto Tiranti, Derek Sherinian, Ted Nasmith.
'War of The Jewels' is a sum of what AINUR is today, being connected to their past though: a complex progressive structure meets a delicate texture all across the structure, all blended with refined classical arrangements and powerful metal riffs.
AINUR sees it as their 'rebirth' album: they have been working hard composing and arranging their music to create the best tribute to Tolkien's histories that they can.
