Today, after more than 50 years of continuous re-invention, they are still going strong. Amazing, really.
Today's Burritos are passionately dedicated to their craft. They're 'the older guys' who show us 'what it's all about.' There's a gentle, giant well they draw water from. These pros know a lot about making beautiful, artistic recordings. They know how to rock out too.

This time around, truth be told, it's sort of psychedelic. The Who and The Beatles get planted in the Burrito Brothers garden. Glen Campbell and Buck Owens were already there. The influences, too many to list, are always cool to find as the Burrito Brother's music unfolds. There's a lot there if you've got the heart to check it out.
This is not your father's Burrito Brothers. Too many have departed. But everybody who's ever been a BB was the right guy then and there. That's how it's always been. They continue to inject new blood into the old group. Bright new talent and ideas mixed with such rich history is a winning combination.
Gram Parsons told A&M interviewer, Chuck Casell in 1972, 'The Burrito Brothers? The idea'll keep going... Whether I do it or anybody else does, it's got to keep going.'
