Founded in 2003, the band Fei Scho accomplish what has been long-established status quo in other European countries and what has gained international reputation: world music”- meaning the respectful, unclichéd advancement of own traditions by establishing modern and foreign stylistic means as natural allies of the own roots, all paired with just the right dash of self-confidence. With their alpine, Bavarian charm and their amazing musical versatility Fei Scho enchant and enrich the international world music scene. After 9 years of successful collaboration the band founders together with Angela Lex decided on dedicating to other projects. Looking for a replacement the two remaining FEI SCHO musicians Anschi Hacklinger and Martin Lidl were lucky and soon found Robert Alonso, Helmut Sinz and Schorsch Karrer. Since January 2013 the new FEI SCHO line-up has not only been complete, but happy, inspired, highly motivated and ready for action. Weltensprung is now the result of this new line up which shows a new and probably more mature band.
