The first of two CDs, 'Music for Tomorrow's World' is an insightful look into the extensive work of female composers over the centuries. Recorded live between 1994 and 1996 at the 'Women's Music Nights' in Kiel, Lübeck and Rendsburg, works by eight female composers such as Sofia Gubaidulina, Felicitas Kuckuck, Grazyna Bacewicz and Anna Amalia of Prussia are presented on this recording.
