This release of 'I Remember Mama' reclaims an unrecorded work from the Rodgers Richard cannon.I Remember Mama opened in 1979, already a successful book, film and TV series, but found itself out of fashion. An Original Cast recording was thus never made, and in 1985 TER decided to re-unite George Hearn and George S Irving, two of the shows original stars with Sally Anne Howes and a host of other West End and Broadway names, for this highly anticipated and welcomed World Premiere recording.
