The classic 2000 California studio session re-released and remastered

This album is part of a series of original JSP albums cut at California's famed Pacifica Studio in the 1990's and early 2000's. All were produced by Jimmy Morello who also wrote most of the songs and all had the best LA blues studio players. This album was one of the best of the best. At the time Carol Fran & Clarence Hollimon were riding high-husband and wife but also a storming live act and a couple with two legendary careers behind them. Carol Fran sings and plays her powerful piano and Clarence has featured instrumentals and a rare vocal. This is modern blues how it is supposed to sound-a warm, natural sound, a proper old fashioned real drum sound, swinging band and great performances with feel and groove.
