Recognized as Savoy Brown's best ever singer, Chris largely disappeared. Thankfully, these studio recordings from the 1980s survived.

Youlden's unique blues vocals contributed hugely to Savoy Brown's most successful albums and international recognition but, he rarely performed again after leaving them except for a Sunday night residency at Dingwalls in the 80s with this band. Luckily, these previously analogue studio recordings survived as a lasting testament to one of the great voices of the British blues scene.
