'Collapse Under The Empire' are back! The band is releasing a new album and a strictly limited retrospective vinyl box set with 11 LPs called 'Works 08-23'. For 15 years now, Chris Burda and Martin Grimm have been presenting a genre mix from post-rock, soundtrack, shoegazing, ambient to ice-cold electronica. Their music is now used in Hollywood trailers such as 'Brightburn' by James Gunn and in many documentaries. The soundtrack-like compositions have always been ideal on a cinematic background. The band has so far released eight studio albums, three EPs and various singles. Since their second album 'Find A Place To Be Safe' (2010), Collapse Under The Empire have established themselves internationally in the post-rock scene and made a name for themselves; influential international magazines such as Rock Sound, Q-Magazine and Clash always appear again enthusiastic about the band's cinematic and independent sound. The band has been releasing their music on their own label 'Finaltune' since 2012.
