A gripping thriller about illegal organ donations

Born from a wealthy family, Yeon-hee is an affluent woman who runs an exclusive kindergarten for the rich. After her husband passes away, her only wish is for their 8-year-old daughter to get healthy by receiving a heart transplant. She fails to find a donor despite her efforts and as her condition deteriorates, Yeon-hee finds herself in an increasingly desperate situation until she witnesses an ER patient who could be a possible donor. In hope of saving her daughter, Yeon-hee obtains approval from the patient's guardian to move forward with the surgery, by offering him big money.

Hui-do is a low-life conman who survives each day by providing illegal car service for girls working at hostess bars. His only stable source of income is his own mother, who he's been ripping off since she left to start a new life after her divorce. One day, he hears that his mother has been pronounced brain-dead and without fully understanding what he is doing, he signs off a consent that would give up his mother's heart, his mother's life, for a lump sum of money. When Hui-do finds out the true causes of his mother's condition, he hijacks the ambulance that was transporting her. Left with no other choice, Yeon-hee takes the matter into her own hands and partners up with dangerous men to find Hui-do and his mother's heart.
