HOUND is one of Philadelphiaâs finest â and loudest â hard rock outfits. They invoke a time when hair was long and jackets were denim. Their debut album Out of Time is 27 minutes of heavy, relentless riffs, invoking Black Sabbath, Motorhead, and Kill âEm All era Metallica. Fronted by guitarist Perry Shall, the band also features drummer Chris Wilson (Ted Leo and the Pharmacists) on half the songs, drummer Brendan Graham on the other half and bassist Mike Klein.
