Jake Breaks returns to Wide Hive for a second album of eleven new songs that stretch out into various genres all the while retaining a cohesive sound. Shades of rock, jazz,hip-hop and even classical music integrate to form the bed of sound that Catagorical Expansionism explores and well represents the music of today. Alongside Throttle Elevator Music writers Gregory Howe and Erik Jekabson (trumpet) are Jonny Kamiek (bass), Ross Howe (guitar), Roland Sain (Guitar), Mike Hughes (Drums), Mads Tolling on Violin, and Ben Davis on Cello.
