The comeback album by Krautrock legend JANE from 1986 on CD iwith a previously unreleased bonus track!

They are without a doubt one of the most legendary bands in Krautrock! In 1965 the band Justice of Peace was formed, which released a single as The J.P.'s and broke up in 1968. Werner Nadolny (keyboard, flute) joined the last formation. From then on, the band with the musicians Klaus Hess (guitar), Peter Panka (drums, vocals), Werner Nadolny and Charly Maucher (bass and vocals) used the name JANE. The first appearance took place on December 5, 1970 in Hanover. At the beginning of 1971, singer Bernd Pulst joined the band. Günter Körber worked as producer for the following releases and got the band a record deal on the Brain label, which he co-founded. The first album 'Together' was released in 1972. The band's other albums were then released without Pulst. At the end of the 1970s, JANE was one of the most successful bands in their genre. The constant change of personnel finally put a strain on the band in the early 1980s, and after the album 'Germania' in 1982, the contract with Brain also ended.



After further quarrels, JANE changed the line-up again in 1984. In addition to Peter Panka and Werner Nadolny, Kai Reuter played guitar (ex Viva) and Bernd Kolbe played bass (ex Epitaph), and a short time later Klaus Henatsch also played keyboards and vocals (ex Jutta Weinhold). JANE tried to build on old successful times with a sound that was adapted to the times, new songs were composed and recorded in Jane's own studio. It was then again Günther Körber, who had already signed the band to Brain 14 years earlier, who gave JANE the opportunity to record a new studio album on his own Sky label. The LP 'Beautiful Lady' was released in 1986 without Bernd Kolbe on Günther Körber's Sky Records. 'Overall, an album that deserves more than one spin,' noted Musikscene magazine at the time. Rock - pop - sound of the 80s, interesting and completely different than all previous Jane albums. Essential for Jane fans! As a bonus track, Sireena has added a previously unreleased track recorded in 1986 during the 'Beautiful Lady' tour at the Sinkkasten in Frankfurt.
