Kickin' Grass is Jesse Brock's debut release on Piencastle Records. Jesse is no stranger to the world of bluegrass. He has been performing professionally since the young age of 9, beginning in his family's band. From the family band, Jesse went on to perform with Stonewall Bluegrass, Chris Jones and the Night Drivers, Lynn Morris, and most recently the award winning Michael Cleveland and Flamekeeper. Kickin' Grass demonstrates Jesse's crystal clear mandolin picking as well as his vocal abilities. Features an all-star cast including Ron Stewart, Jason Carter, Wayne Taylor, Lynn Morris, Jim Hurst, and Rob Ickes. Jesse was voted the 2010 Mandolin Player of the Year by the IBMA.
