Description
It could be argued that The Kingston Trio, even more than Woody Guthrie, Pete Seeger and Rambling Jack Elliott, paved the way for the whole massive folk music movement of the early 'Sixties which brought major international stardom to Bob Dylan, Joan Baez and the rest. Nearly half a century since 'Tom Dooley' rocketed to the top of the charts, the Kingston Trio is still out on the road for 30 weeks of the year, bringing back all the old memories and creating new ones.
