One of the choir's goals has always been to make new and less frequently performed choral music known, and it has commissioned and premiered numerous Finnish choral works. On the album, the choir presents a comprehensive collection of both central and lesser-known choral works from the golden age of our national romance. Soloists are soprano Terttu Iso-Oja, tenor Tuomas Katajala and Joose Vähäsöyrinki, bass.
