Mindy Carson sang on Paul Whiteman's 1940s radio show before hosting her own radio and television programmes throughout the 1950s. After a slow start with the Signature and Musicraft labels, Mindy's recording career improved when she signed to RCA where her rendition of “My Foolish Heart” reached number 6 in the national charts. At RCA there were other chart success - “Candy And Cake”, “A Rainy Day Refrain”, “Lonely Little Robin”, all included on this CD release amongst the 27 tracks, most appearing on CD for the first time.
