A boy named Sue, the lead singer of a band, finds himself missing his muse when Alex, the band's manager and his girlfriend, suddenly disappears.

In her absence the band--and Sue--fall apart, endangering their chance at their first national tour and completely destroying Sue's will to create--and take care of himself. When Alex finally returns, she comes back with a secret that could change everything.
