Since arriving on the brutal death metal scene back in 2017, like an axe to the gut, Quebec's NECROTICGOREBEAST have served up three full length albums of devastating impact, each one upping the ante in terms of malevolent musicianship, unbelievable heaviness and shocking sickness. Now it's time for another dose of destruction in the form of 'Brute', a new EP which yet again redefines just how heavy music can be...

In the wake of intro and title track, 'Brute' - a brilliant invocation of '80s horror films that sends a tremor of anticipation down the spine - NECROTICGOREBEAST unleash four tracks of unfathomable weight and brutality. The band take their time as they beat us to death with 'Assault of Severed Genitalia' and 'Sensual Regurgitation', each thudding blow delivered without mercy, but then why rush a job that you love? The methodical dismemberment opens up deep, punishing grooves; channels that carry the runnels of blood to the waiting drain. When the many limbed monstrosity that is 'Maggot Filled Colonoscopy' explodes into frenzied life the injections of blinding pace are exhilarating and the array of sickening riffs is glorious! 'Knuckle Deep Convulsions', featuring a guest vocal appearance from Entheos man Chaney Crabb, brings 'Brute' to its horrific conclusion - a sickening track of sadistic malice, rending and tearing with an unspeakable lust. NECROTICGOREBEAST have proved their supreme malignant magnificence yet again!

Comatose Music will release the elite level sonic savagery of 'Brute' on September 23rd, its hooks, blades and hammers given maximum killing power by the recording skills of Christopher Rannou-Poulin and the mixing and mastering magic of long term collaborator in carnage Miguel Tereso.
