Following on from the TER's release of Lehar's The Merry Widow, comes the irresistible operetta which continued to build his reputation: The Count Of Luxembourg. Once again the New Sadler's Wells Opera production provided exquisite versions in English of such classics as Tell Me Can This Be Love and Love's A Dream, digitally recorded at Abbey Road Studio's and now newly digitally re-mastered for the Golden Operetta Highlights series.

This recording features Marilyn Hill Smith, Neil Jenkins, Harry Nicoll and Vivian Tierney.
