'Peter Veteska and Blues Train was formed in
2013 and is led by New York Blues Hall of Famer
Peter Veteska on guitar and vocals; B3 legend
Jeff Levine on keyboards; and top-flight Jersey
Shore musicians Alex D'Agnese on drums and
Coo Moe Jhee on bass. Well known throughout
the mid-Atlantic region, the band has also
performed at events and festivals from Maine to
Florida. From their debut, self-titled album
released in 2015 through today, Peter Veteska
and Blue Train's critically-acclaimed music has
been played on radio and streaming services in
15 countries. Grass Ain't Greener on the Other
Side, the band's fifth album, spent 3 weeks in the
top ten Blues Albums on the Roots Music
Report, 3 months in the top ten on the Australian
Blues and Roots Airplay Charts and was also
represented on the Collectif des Radios Blues
chart of French-speaking DJs. In a review for
Blues Blast magazine, Marty Gunther describes
Veteska as ''one of the most talented by
overlooked artists in the blues world today.'
Now, with the band's 7th album, slated for
October 2023 release, the Blues Train travels
onward toward continued international acclaim.'
