This set was one of Pinetop's first recordings under his own name after a lifetime of playing with some of the greatest names in electric blues.

Pinetop Perkins was a gifted blues piano player and delightful singer he had the full package as bandleader. He found his fame as piano player with Muddy Waters, but clearly was a brilliant artist in his own right.

Features three Bonus Tracks from Johnny ''Big Moose'' Walker! Big Moose was also a Chicago Blues musician with a similar style and Blues sensibility as Pinetop.
