Grencsó's Open Collective extended to a sextet by German bass-clarinetist Rudi Mahall and second bass player Ernő Hock

The quartet lineup of the Open Collective of Grencsó, torch-bearer of the Hungarian avant-garde is reinforced by German bass clarinetist Rudi Mahall, supplying a dynamic and ironic extra layer of melodies while a second double bass player is added to enrich the dynamism of the sound. The compositions show elements of blues, Bartók and standards, embedded in the rich context of free improvisation.
