Dirty swampy ska from Houston, Texas.
This band came out of the creation of Ryan Scroggins (keyboardist for Los Skarnales) and Beans (drummer for Los Skarnales), originally just a side project musical outlet, but once the band Los Skarnales officially parted with the current line-up, Ryan took the band full on to cover some already booked Los Skarnales shows and tours. With more than enthusiastic responses from the 3 Floors Of Ska LA show and other gigs along the way, the band has gone full time on this effort, and thank you for that!. Unlike Los Skarnales, there are no Hispanic elements to be heard. This is a fresh new style and sound. After listening, it feels like you just walked out of a cold dark foggy New Orleans bar, where some crazy mixture of traditional Jamaican ska, a Sergio Leone soundtrack and a bottle of whiskey were all thrown together into one incredible score to my nightly trip to the club.
