Spencer Davis Group is a mid-1960s British beat group from Birmingham, England. The band was formed by Spencer Davis alongside Steve and his brother, Muff Winwood.
After the Winwoods' departure's, the band added the addition of guitarist Phil Sawyer (ex-Les Fleur de Lys) and keyboardist/vocalist Eddie Hardin (ex-A Wild Uncertainty).
