The new `Adagio` by the world-famous star conductor José Serebrier and the Mikkeli City Orchestra plays the works composed and arranged for the string orchestra with passionate emotion. You can hear as the world's first record, a work that Serebrier composed at the age of 15 for the a capella choir but later orchestrated for a string ensemble. The original version is called Vocalise, but to avoid confusion, Serebrier now named Adagio. In addition, as the world premiere recordings album features works by three American composers: Cristina Spinei Synched (2010), Elliott Carter Elegia for String Orchestra (1942) and Marc Satterwhite Ossuary Cross (2011).
