Honest. That is the best way to describe URA-KIA. This unit has nothing to prove in this self titled debut release.

Made up of 2 parts Hydrogyn (guitarist Jeff Westlake and Jeff Boggs) one part Southern Blood (Vocalist and guitarist Keith Ramsey) and one part Gun for hire (Drummer Matt Scheen). The self titled project URA-KIA, is a CD that was written and recorded in a 15 day period at Ridgeline Studio in Ashland, KY during February and March 2011. In come guitarists Boggs and Westlake from their days in Hydrogyn along with a down and dirty singer who brings a life time of experience and that soulful yet unbridled voice full of emotion and a drummer who brings the goods.
