Summoning is the debut demo from Viled, a slam/brutal death metal band hailing from Ibarra, Ecuador, formed in 2025. The lineup features Cristian Castro (vocals), Stevenson Guerrero and Charles De Castro (guitars), Diego Campués (bass), and Mauricio Ramírez (drums). Across two tracks—“Ancient Profane Deities” and “The Nameless Beyond Infinity”—the band delivers around five minutes of chaotic, guttural brutality, enhanced by artwork and logo design from Cristiansick Art. Released via New Standard Elite in July 2025, Summoning marks Viled’s ferocious entry into the underground of Latin American extreme metal. For fans of raw, tortured slam brutality, unfiltered South American slam, and emerging extreme acts like those recently spotlighted on Bandcamp’s brutal death metal circuits.
